If you do not have a doctor or a medical provider, then you can become connected with a dietitian, a trained exercise specialist, a wellness professional, a community health worker, or any of our coalition members who represent various fields that relate to nutrition assistance, mental and spiritual health, simple exercise recommendations, and overall lifestyle modification.
